Galaxy Watch Face to Galaxy Store Error

I’m trying to upload my watch face to the store but after filling out all the details, uploading thumbnails etc… I try to upload the binary (.tpk?) and getting the error:

“You do not have permission to register an application to the Watch faces category.”

What is the solution to this?

Is there another way to share watch faces with friends without going through the store; I did want everyone to be able to enjoy it though.

You need to apply in order to be accepted as a Seller, but the period for applications is closed right now. There’s a recent thread on how to do this.

The only way I know to share the faces is for your friends to install GWD and load them on their own watches.
