whoops…totally didnt remember that this is WFS 1.7.*. I haven’t upgraded from 1.6.10
hmm I will but now I am finding on all cylinders getting stuff easily passed for Play Store. I just want to enjoy it for now until perhaps an upgrade just f*cks everything up like it did for me before.
thanks to everyone for your advice, so far I have tried many dials, some very beautiful, but they always lacked something, so thanks to you I decided to create a dial that can satisfy me…and I dedicate this praise to you
Is there a good place to get weather icon to use?
Thanks
You can also use a weather apk (which you will have to unzip) look in the “res” folder or you can open all the folders and check, there are also other image files that you will have to check individually
Excellent tutorial, thank you from a NOOB. I am hoping someone can help me, I have followed the steps above, but when I run the watchface on my watch, none of the weather icons show up. What am I missing?
I have Resrt my GW6 . I have Nothing on it but Samsung stuff . (Oh yes , Bixby and Google Assistant ( not optional )) I think Samsung have Broken Samsung . I dont think you are Alone .
.
I don’t know. Everything works on my watch.
Missing permissions maybe? Temporary problem with Weather Channel?
Thank you @masterboyhr . After testing a few other watches and Resetting my Watch I found it is the Location setting in the weather app that needed a poke . So I went to the app on the Phone and it sent me to the watch . The watch sent me to the phone . Any way I had to EDIT the Locations and Delete them then the app found me and all is fine now .
.
How did you do change the visibility of the image based on the current weather? I am not seeing where to do that… I have been trying the other way, it seems like it should be working, but the icons are not visible on my actual watch, just WFS.
I’ve been using a bitmapped font - one for day, another for night. Each has 15 spots to match the 15 weather conditions. Look at the example further up in this thread.

The really best example I have seen to date is done by masterboyhr. Look for that one - it was posted a while back so you’ll have to hunt, but maybe search by name. You can locate a variety of weather images to populate the font.
I have the images, the fonts set up, per the guide, it just isn’t visible when I publish it to may watch.
Do you have WTHR_COND in the Text Tag box? Don’t forget the brackets.

I do, I have a Galaxy Watch Ultra, I wonder if that’s the issue?
Well, not sure what happened, but I deleted the old text box and added a new one, now its working LOL
