How to create a remote control application for SmartTv with Xamarin Forms?

I need to create an application to control the Smart TV from my android smartphone. That is to say, control the navigation: volume, off, up, down, enter, etc.
Even that I can view from my smartphone what is shown on TV.
All with xamarin forms.

This is not a Smart TV question but an Android development question and I will move it. But this does come up a lot and the answer is that there are example projects in GitHub for TV Remotes.
