How to create an AppBar expandable like OneUI style

I’m starting to develop apps for Android, but I have no idea how to do that.
I love the AppBar expandable as Samsung made.

So I’d like to learn how to create that to use it in my apps.

I would suggest you look on GitHub or one of the Android developer sites. This forum is for support of Samsung SDKs and technology.
