Where do i submit a bug report for Samsung Android devices?
The “Issues and Bugs channel” was closed in November, see:
https://developer.samsung.com/issuesandbugs
You are supposed to use the Samsung Members App for bug reports and feedback because they can then get the logs from your device to analyze them.
However you can also
go to https://www.samsung.com and depending on your location
either → Click on Explore Tab → Click on Community
or
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and under support is a link to the community

I don’t have an Samsung device. I’ve registered on the website, then what, i just post the bug report on community forum?
Did you verify this using the Remote Test Lab?
