I usually submit theme bugs in the “Premium Support Service” with the relevant info (STP files, APK files, validation test file and app IDs) then wait for a reply such as “will be fixed in the next FOTA update/theme studio update” then resubmit. If I submit those things in this forum will this fasten the process or not?

I believe that is the only way. It only is faster to submit to Samsung Developer Program if it is not a bug or is a known bug and they have a work around.
