How can I become a developer if I do not want to create themes, but only wallpapers. Since photoshopping is not a strength of mine, and art is, I would like to know if I can have only wallpapers as an option to become one. I already create wallpapers for my own phone, but would like for more people to enjoy them.
I’m sorry but it is not possible in Galaxy Store only approved Theme partners can create Wallpapers.
