If I have created my theme for samsung then I have to create theme app or just the theme because I don’t know how to create , develop theme apps or any app at all
You don’t have to create any apps
All you need is just basic designing skills and programs like photoshop
Then you take your contents (wallpaper. Icons. Colors…) and implement them in the GALAXY THEME STUDIO and then you can export it as APK and publish it on the store

However you need to submit a request to be theme designer and if you get approved then you will get access to the Galaxy theme studio
