You don’t have to create any apps

All you need is just basic designing skills and programs like photoshop

Then you take your contents (wallpaper. Icons. Colors…) and implement them in the GALAXY THEME STUDIO and then you can export it as APK and publish it on the store

However you need to submit a request to be theme designer and if you get approved then you will get access to the Galaxy theme studio

In the tool provided by Samsung to approved theme designers, there are over 90 images (including 28 icons) that you can design when creating a theme. It’s no small task :slight_smile:
