Inquiry Regarding SHA-256 Used for Partner Registration

When registering a partner, I entered the following SHA-256:

C5:8A:73:D1:B8:C0:2C:8F:D9:98:67:48:F6:EA:72:03:8E:A7:85:D0:83:BC:B1:68:C9:EA:3A:0B:55:62:67:D1

However, when making a data call, the following error message occurs:
2003: com.gchc.combination does not match with registered signature. C5:8A:73:D1:B8

Is there something wrong with the SHA-256 I registered?

Please confirm.

@Shamima
I have at least 10 tickets with Developer Support, but still struggle with the same problem

When registering an app, you must register ssh256 in the Play Console, and when developing, you must set up and use development mode in Samsung Health.
