Install .wgt using URL Launcher

Hi,
I am trying to install my .wgt and sssp_config.xml using the URL Launcher however after download the screen shows as a blank, please let me know what is the correct way of doing so and if there are any deprecated functionalities if I am using the URL Launcher.

i believe you will need the B2B WebApp Packaging tool which will sign the app with “partner” privileges in order for it to work
