I have the same doubt, because I have had some problems with reactjs and the Tizen 3 environment. Also, I have not been able to find applications developed in reactjs that are in production or github for this environment. In tizen 5.5, the react application works without many problems, but in versions under 5, you will need to pass your react application through a polyfill. Similarly, it behaves erratically and there is not much to fall back on in order to resolve doubts.

This is based on my personal experience, but I hope it helps you make a decision.
