Is there an API to read the launch timestamp of currently running app?

We’re trying to measure the launch duration of our web app from Tizen Smart Hub click to interaction ready.

For this, we need to know when the app was launched from the TV.

Does the AppInfo or AppControl API offer a way to get this timestamp? Perhaps the lastTime ?
