Not able to downgrade apps on S24 device using adb

Whenever I am trying to downgrade an app on the s24 device, I get this error:

I tried doing the same on the other phones like S22,S23, S21…there it works fine whenever I use “-d” flag with the adb command. I don’t want to uninstall the app as I would have to login again.
Is there any other way by which downgrade is possible without uninstalling the app.

I think you can change the version number of the previous version from the source code so that it counts as an upgrade rather than a downgrade.

Hi but that’s an app downloaded from play store and I don’t have access to the source code

Actually its not with the device but the Android version 14, it has blocked downgrading the apps and has only one possible way to do that, which is uninstalling the previous version and installing the required version
