Playing VAST content

Hi,
I would like to create a Samsung Tizen TV webapp which plays VAST content.
I don’t know if the ad will be client or server side.

Is it possible to reproduce VAST content?
Are there any kind of limitation using VAST content on Samsung Tizen TVs?
Is there a POC or a guideline to follow?
