Hello Team,
We are working with one of the leading Indian telecom customer for WiFi solution. Application is turn/turn off Wi-Fi into device automatically.
In all the samsung device solution is working fine. However, few Samsung Galaxy Note 8 users complained that they are getting a popup message with,?“Allow app to turn off Wi-Fi?”
we are looking for the reason or settings but not getting anything.
Help us to find the same and possible solution.
Thank you for participating in the Samsung Developer Forum. However, this may not be the best forum for your question. You might want to check an Android forum or stackoverflow. Samsung Development engineers do not view the app developer forum to avoid disputes of originality of ideas.
You could also post at Samsung support select Contact US and then the Social tab Join the Conversation it may be an end user setting that was turned on or off on a device.
