Power Monitoring on Galaxy CPU, GPU, NPU

Hello, I am a student trying to trace power consumption of GPU and NPU on my galaxy s20 fe device and is seem to use Qualcomm chip.

Is there any way I can get power consumption data of GPU and NPU while my application is running?

Could you please check if GPUWatch works for your use case? While it doesn’t directly report power usage, it should allow you to monitor GPU and CPU usage.
