Remote Test Lab not working, but still taking my credits

I have tried a few times now to use the Remote Test Lab to test our application on other TV models.

However, every time I try it, I either get a “403 Forbidden Error” or the page simply fails to load the TV device. Then I noticed that every attempt to use it, it is taking ‘credits’ away from my account ,even though the Test Lab never loaded up or worked.

Is this service simply not available any more?

This is a really bad developer experience on this platform.

Hi Ummey.
I managed to figure it all out in the end and got all the remote test devices working.
There could be better instructions though. And an explanation of the credits.

Hello, I am also have thiss issue:
after go to test lab page i get error 403.
I am send request to support and wait assist to help with this.

I trying to open devices page today and all works fine. Thanks!
