We currently have purchased new NF693 hospital grade which came with FW T-KTMAKUCB-1100.5. We need to downgrade it to T-KTMAKUCB-1030.2, which is the last version that works with our product. Please provide a 7030.2 and path back to 1030.2.
We believe we sent a certification document from a prior colleague who was our PoC with you, but we cannot confirm it since his departure.
Please advise next steps to getting these models back to 1030.2.
