Update app to allow in new software version

Hi there,

I have an app that was available on Software Version: T-KTSU2UABC2400.9 (TV that’s available to me), but got report that apps was not available in newer tv model (QN95B). my apps is not appear in Software Version: T-PTMUABC-1503.8. Am i missing something?

Not really familiar yet with Samsung environment as I only need to maintained existing app

I can’t find anything with the software version numbers you list. Can you give me more about the Smart TV you have? I can hopefully help you or tell you where to go for help with a bit more information from you.

Hi Ron,

TV that’s available to me currently is ModelCode: UA65TU7000KXXM with SoftwareVersion: T-KTSU2UABC2400.9 (Asia region). From report that I have, my existing app is not available in QN95B tv, ModelCode: QA55QN95BAKXXM with SoftwareVersion: T-PTMUABC-1503.8 BT-S. Hope this information can help

You need to open this with the Smart TV Seller Office sign in and open a Smart TV Seller Support Request Only they can help with the issue.
