Can the “rotary action on fast scroll index” as described here be implemented in a native app? I’ve checked out the native “ContactsUI” sample, but it doesn’t include that fast scroll index.

I didn’t try an implementation. I just saw it in the documentation (see link in original post) and was wondering why it was not listed there as being available in a native app.
