S pen SDK without air motion

I’m developing a drawing app using spen.
I want to toggle eraser mode with spen side button,
and I could implement it with SPen Remote SDK: S Pen Remote SDK | Samsung Developers

However, I’ve noticed my app feature only works, when user turned the “air action feature” on.
How can I make it also work, without air action feature ??

Apprently, Samsung has very poor software ability and they do not know what they are doing.

Is this the same as FAQ 4?
