Samsung pay error

Hi I’m trying to integrate samsung pay with network international. My issue is when i test with STAGE_WITHOUT_APK after i choose a card i get an error.

Sorry for the inconvenience with STAGE_WITHOUT_APK mode. As per the information, PRD sdk is not supported this mode yet, so requesting you to use the STG sdk for further testing. Please find the STG js library from the following section.

To test with STG Samsung Wallet app please check steps below:

1. Login into “pay.samsung.com/developer” using your Samsung Account

2. Go to Support > Request Test App

3. Copy the Galaxy App URL, paste the URL to your mobile browser and install the app.

4. Then click on My Projects > Service Management

5. Select specific service

6. Register your test Samsung Account in Test account field

Hi, thanks for getting back. I’m following the web integration. And I initialized the Samsung sdk with STAGE_WITHOUT_APK. But at the last step upon selecting a card and clicking next, I am presented with an error saying “something went wrong. Try again later”. In network tab i see the api request is returning me 500 with above error

Could you please confirm that you’re using a STG Wallet App? If not, please install it by following the steps we have mentioned in our previous comment.

But if the issue still remains the same with STG Wallet app, we are requesting you to reach 1:1 support channel for dedicated support with a dumpstate log of your issue.

Hi @Yasin we installed the STG Wallet app but still faces the issue.
