Samsung Pay Integration on a Website

I need to add the samsung -pay as a payment option on a website. However as per the pre-requisite of using samsung-pay I can only call the samsung-pay service from a samsung mobile device that has the samsung pay app.
How can I test my code during development phase and using which platform so the above requirements are met.

I put this on Samsung Internet forum as I wasn’t sure where else to put it. It really isn’t a Samsung Developer issue.

Samsung Pay can be used for mobile web payments too, to make secure purchases across the web in eligible countries.
