Is it possible to measure the oxygen content in the body with your own app, i.e., on an old mobile phone such as the S10+, and is there an SDK for this, since you can also measure the pulse with the standard Android SDK? Thanks in advance.

Samsung Health SDK partnership is not open now. So i think only way to get the health data from SDK is using Health Connect API.
But it is supported Android 8 and later. Check the android version of you mobile before developing.
