Samsung wearable bug

I have tried to update Samsung buds live from Samsung wearable app through iPhone but it is showing error message that it can’t connect to server however when done through android it works fine

If you have an iPhone, the Galaxy Buds+ and Galaxy Buds Live can be updated on iOS using the Galaxy Buds app . Open the app, select your earbuds, and then tap Earbuds software update. Note: The original Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds2, and Galaxy Buds Pro are not compatible with the iOS Buds app.

If the solution I found does now work, I would recommend you use the Samsung Members App for feedback
or
go to https://www.samsung.com and depending on your location
either → Click on Explore Tab → Click on Community
or
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and under support is a link to the community
