I request you to please guide us on how Samsung Health calculates and shows sleep and SleepStages data in Samsung health app.?
Samsung Health uses proprietary algorithms. However Samsung and Google now use Health Connect and Health Services for Wear OS so check out the Android SleepSession documentation

In Samsung Health Watch app and Mobile app, multiple Sleep Sessions are merge together.
Request you to please help us understand how sleeps sessions are getting merge, what are the parameters considered while merging sleep sessions.?
Please guide.
You can probably find how sleep stages are determined in a simple Internet search. I won’t even ask the Health team to divulge proprietary algorithms.
