Want to appear on my watchFace when the sun rises and when it goes down.

You can select ‘Short text’ as a ‘Complication’ in WFS. In the settings of that complication, select ‘Sunrise sunset’ as the default provider.
Please note that either sunrise or sunset will be displayed, depending on the time of day. I know of no other way to show this in WFS.
