For Smart TVs, please log in to Seller2.0 and submit a question from the 1:1 QA tab. If you cannot create a ticket there, then try to find a content manager for your area. Content manager can help you in publication. You can try to contact the local support team for getting the content manager contact point.
Hi M_A_Hasan_Molla we have submitteed QA tickets with no response. Is there an SLA somehwere of how long these QA tickets should be responded? In case we don’t get a repsonse, what other support channels can we reach out?
We’ve asked for our Account Manager’s contact and we didn’t get even that from Samsung, yet.
