No answer in 1:1 Q&A AppsTV Seller Office

I posted a 1:1 Q&A two weeks ago but i get no answer in the AppsTV Seller Office. Any Idea how to reach the samsung support?

You can open a Developer Support Request and perhaps they can contact the TV seller store on your behalf.

I wish there was something I could do but I have no contacts in the TV Seller Store.
