TV Channel in H. Browser mode on Hospitality TV

Hi Everyone,

I’m doing develop an app (wgt) for Samsung Hospitality TV. In the development process, I create a feature that is TV Channel. With this feature, users can use choice one in all channels has been got by “tizen.tvchannel.getChannelList” func.
But I can’t call the tv channel when H. Browser mode is enabled (I use tizen.tvchannel.tune func and use tizen.application.getCurrentApplication().hide() then).

Please help me with this feature. Thanks!

I think you will need to get support from the Smart TV Seller office customer service. The hospitality TVs have safeguards from hackers and they work a bit different than the Smart TVs.
