Unable to play video URL in Samsung Tizen TV 2015 and 2016 model

We are using AVplay to play video in our app but the video is not playing in Tizen TV and getting “unknown error” video error.

Please suggest me a solution to solve the issue.

I’ve seen similar issues before when hitting an HTTPS endpoint on an older model like the 2015 or 2016, try hitting an http endpoint. If that turns out to solve the issue you may need to allow additional ciphers on your server or disable https
