Unable to retrieve Open with inspector mode

A few months ago, when I deployed on my smart monitor TV my local application to dev (developper mode turn on), in the “apps” tile I could :

  • long press the OK button on my remote control on my application to get the “open with inspector” line,
  • open the chrome://inspect on a tab browser
  • view all logs.

For a few months now, I’ve been unable to do this and the “open with inspector” line has disappeared. I’ve tried on other Samsung TVs and some of them (whatever the model) have the same problem.

I’ve already tried doing a factory reset but without success, has anyone had this problem?
Has anyone recovered the “open with inspector” line?

Try to change the SmartTVServerType from “Operating” to “Development”, cause in first one that option should be hidden

Already done, and it doesn’t change anything :person_shrugging:

It means “rwi” features is closed on your devices, you may have updated software from “dubug” to “release” version.
