Version update not working

Is there a way to make sure that user’s allways using the last production app version?
Some of our users remain with older versions while others automatically updated,
could it be a clearing user’s cash issue?
Can we force it in our code?
What’s the best practice for that?

The seller store has asked that support questions such as yours be submitted as an Q/A on the TV Seller Office. That way they can be tracked and if needed added to a FAQ or documentation.
