Watch face uploading guidelines or parameters to play store

Dear Forum members,
I would like know some valuable advise from your end as below, Thanks in advance.
My first watch face under review, can i submit another watch face while the one under review?
Do i need internal testing before publish watch faces?
What are the parameter to set price for a watch face?
Does all watch face go through google review team for selection?
Do i need to go through all play console activities each time to submit new watch face.
Please advise.
