Web version of Theme Studio

hi everyone, I haven’t used Theme Studio for awhile. I’m kinda confused about the software. Do we not update and download the newer versions to our own computers anymore? Are we all using the web based version? (if that makes any sense).
Theme Studio version I have is 9.0.25 - need to update.

The last stand alone version was 9.0.33.8145202 and it was made obsolete, everyone must use the web version now. Up until this latest One UI 3.0 version I still used the stand alone to create the basic elements of the theme, and then import into the web version.
