I think Cover Screen Dark Mode is missing the dark mode image option for Page Indicators. It’s pulling from existing ones which would not work on page indicators that are designed for dark theme. In the dark theme cases, rejection is likely.

The Preview is wrong, if use Dark Mode, i think the Wallpaper Picutre appears a bit darker, same as Lockscreen for Dark Mode
