So I noticed this issue afte update that i can no longer pull down the notification panel if an app is open.
SO i did a touch test and found out the the touchscreen no longer covers the notch area.
As you can see in the screen shot the yellow area is no longer covered by the touch screen
Here is what it looks like in the phone
So this is very inconvenient as I can only use the pulldown notification panel in home screen
I tried to factory reset the phone but the issue is still there.
