Account deactivated

I had a seller account with Samsung for selling our mobile games. My account was deactivated, reason told was copyright infringement but we have license to sell all those games. Support is asking to wait for one month+ time . Now whom should we contact?

That’s worrying :frowning: I think all you can do is open a 1:1 ticket, provide more info and ask for reinstatement.
