App Description template file is broken

Hello, I’m trying to complete the “Verification info” section, but the power point template file is broken.
{D1A74FDC-A22B-49F0-9502-742FD04F8E1C}
When I’m trying to open the file I get the next message:
{E1E4E590-7535-4FF0-B678-CADD82994740}
Even if I repair it, does not open.
