BLE device auto connect even if bluetooth turn off

=> Recently I have built an app which is connect my BLE hardware. After successfully connected it works very well. I am able to perform actions from my app to BLE hardware.

=> But now when I have turned off my bluetooth then it is auto connect with my BLE hardware and i am still able to perform the action from my app.

I am not getting that how it will connect to my BLE hardware even if I have turned off the bluetooth ?

I have samsung note 9 & 10 lite and I have also tried to clear the cache of bluetooth app but the problem is remain same.

Did you check the issue on other devices? I have faced this type of issue with MI also.
I think this issue occurs due to the remote device. If you did not check with another manufacturer’s device yet, please check it first.
