On Samsung devices where Samsung Internet can sign WebAPKs and install them as regular apps (not just home screen shortcuts), the installation fails for some PWAs.
From what I suspect, if the manifest contains share_target, which is utilised by the Web Share Target API, the issue occurs.
An example PWA with the issue is https://mconverter.eu. When I try to install it from the toolbar icon, I get a notification with the text “Failed to download.”
