Bug - Smartswitch PC backup does not work with SD card in phone

On the latest version of smartswitch on both PC and Galaxy S20, the backup to PC was not starting. After the backup attempts, the smartswitch screen then ask to send / receive data from the phone, which should not be happening because the phone is already plugged into the computer, and the normal backup process doesn’t ask that. Don’t know if the feature to backup to an SD Card is new, but it may be causing the issue. Once removing the SD card and starting the backup, everything works as normal. Anyone know if this is a known issue?

Can you please explain the issue more deitals? Does showing the popup screen is the issue? Or you are facing some other issue because of this pop up screen.
Providing screen shot may be give us a better understanding.
