I hope this is the right place to write this.
I’m having a problem with changing my tablet’s wallpaper for homescreen, lock screen, or both at once.
I tried changing it through long press on homescreen, settings, and gallery app. None worked.
I restarted my tablet and tried again. I also cleared cache of “wallpaper and style” app, and “one UI home” and made sure they’re up to date.
It still crashes or show this message:
Note: My tablet is Galaxy Tab S7+
Model: SM-T970
One UI Version: 5.1.1
Android Version: 13

go to https://www.samsung.com and depending on your location
either → Click on Explore Tab → Click on Community

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and under support is a link to the community
