I just upgraded to a new phone. And for what ever reason, when I connected my Galaxy Watch 4 to the new phone. It basically factory reset itself.
I enabled developer mode. But now I can’t enable Debugging over Wifi.
I figured it out. Adb debugging wasn’t toggle on.
