Cant make cert

I tried to make cert for installing Tizen app to my galaxy watch, but I stuck in this step.
Seems other ppl also has similar problem.
(Can't create samsung certificate) (Tizen Studio - Certificate - unable to connecte to... - Samsung Community - 1893099)

Can I get any updated news or notice?

exact same issue with Tizen Studio since yesterday.
