Nothing happens when pressing save. Why is this?
When going back all changes get discarded.

Go to https://www.samsung.com and, depending on your location, either
- Click Support → Community (under Product Support)
or - Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and, under Support, click Samsung Community
