Complication on dial shows incoming call information

I’m thinking of creating a complication for a watch face that displays full-screen information about incoming calls.
And have the option to answer, hang up or silence the call.

My question is, is this possible to create and publish?

Since there is a call manager within One UI that does all this, I don’t know if I would have to disable this option for the app I would create to work.

That wouldn’t be possible. Complications can’t display that much, nor do that much.
