I would like to limit the number of characters displayed for the location in a Small Box Complication with the default provider: World Clock.
The location/time for the world clock is read from the settings on the phone but I wonder how to limit the number of characters displayed for a chosen location on the watch since these names are sometimes quite long.
Any hints are greatly appreciated.
I doubt there was any direct way to do this. There is no true truncate function for texts (which would also greatly help with inconsistent day abbreviations).
As ugly workaround you can try to align the text to left, use font with fixed character width and hide the overhang with a mask…
