Hi. I was hoping you could help me with a Samsung Health syncing concern. I own a Galaxy Watch4 Classic USA version running up to date. Also Samsung S10 Plus phone up to date. I use the Samsung Health app USA to track my fittness and hralth. I recently downloaded and installed the Canadian version of Samsung Health MONITOR app so I can monitor my blood pressure and ecg. The app works great but is not synced to my Samsung Health app. I believe I can sync them with the proper permissions but I need some info. I need the Client ID and Access Code for the Samsung Health Monitor app to enter into the Samsung Health app to sync. I have attached the apps versions.
The Developer Mode Client ID and Access code is only available to Samsung Premier Health Partners that are developing apps it is not for the general public.
Is there still a way to syn the two apps so my S.H.M blood pressure and ecg results automatically show in my Samsung Health data. I have aloud all permissions in both apps but the S.H.M app I am using I believe is a third party app. Presently I am entering my results manually.
In the Samsung Health Monitor app, tap on the Pancake menu and in that is Contact us
That contact has an email for reports. Use that and see if there is a way to add data to Samsung Health and if not ask it be a new feature.
Samsung Health Developer Partnership is closed that was for the Tizen OS based Watches. The Developer’s Health API is still available but it is deprecated. For Galaxy Watch 4 and newer running on Wear OS 3 you should use Wear OS Health Services.
