Error Commercial to corporates seller stand by

I am reaching out regarding an issue I encountered with my account while attempting to sell Android content. I have already submitted a request to change my status to “Corporate Commercial Distribution Seller.” However, I continue to receive the following error message:

“To sell Android content, a status change to corporate Commercial Distribution Seller is necessary. If you are not a corporate Commercial Distribution Seller, existing Android content will be discontinued and you will not be able to register Android content. “Request Corporate Commercial Seller” from your profile.”

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or confirm the status of my request?

Because you are seeing that notice, it means your application has not been submitted.

  1. If you don’t see the notice, click the blue Request Corporate Commercial Seller button in the upper right corner after you log in to Seller Portal. Click OK at the bottom of the message.
  2. Next, you will be asked if you want to authenticate with your DUNS number. To continue the application process, you must click Yes.
  3. Enter your DUNS number, then click Authentication.
  4. When your DUNS number is verified, fill in the information to complete the application.

Thank you for your response and detailed instructions. However, I have already completed all the steps you mentioned:

  1. I clicked the “Request Corporate Commercial Seller” button in the Seller Portal and confirmed the message.
  2. I authenticated my DUNS number and submitted all required information to complete the application.

Unfortunately, it has been over a year now, and I still have not received any updates regarding the status of my application. Additionally, I did not receive any emails from the team during this time.

To make matters worse, when I try to contact support by clicking on “Contact Us,” I am redirected to a page that shows the following error message:

“Samsung Apps & Services
Error While Loading Service Code List.
Details: No Service Code Present For The Following Combination Of Language: fr_fr, Country: MA And Position Type: SELLER.
Please Contact The Administrator.”

Could you please provide further assistance or escalate this issue to the appropriate team? I truly appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

Thanks for sending the error message. The information has been forwarded to the support team. Because it is the Lunar New Year and many people are taking time off, the response may be slow. But we are trying to find someone to respond to us.

The Seller Portal team should be able to provide you more information about your commercial seller application status. Once the “Contact Us” feature is fixed, please submit a request to them.

If I receive any updates about the “Contact Us” feature, I’ll let you know. But, you should periodically check to see if it is working since we don’t always receive a confirmation when something is fixed.
